Locally Owned and Managed
The L&M Management LLC group of partnerships owns and manages residential and commercial office space in Alexandria, Virginia. The first commercial property purchased by the group was Landmark Towers in 1968, and since then several other homes and buildings have been added to the portfolios.
Our goal is to provide affordable yet attractive and comfortable residential apartments and homes and commercial office space. In addition, we strive to provide excellent service to our residents and commercial tenants.
On-Site Management and Maintenance
Cecilia Gondor is a part owner and took over running the day-to-day operations in-house in 2014. This type of hands-on management offers tenants the advantage if dealing directly with the decision makers, rather than a faceless corporation.
Our structure also allows for flexibility in structuring leases and dealing with changes in commercial tenant's businesses, including both accommodating for growth or other types of changes in the tenant's business.
Our in-house maintenance staff can deal with almost every issue on a timely basis. There are maintenance employees on duty on weekends as well as weekdays, and key staff is on-call after hours as well.
